Regional Sales Manager – Southern USA & Latin America
The role of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) position is to improve AWC market position and achieve financial growth within the Southern USA and Latin America. AWC RSMs help define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and closes business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
In their capacity with the company, RSM are required to work with the internal team, marketing staff, and the management group to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue. To achieve this, an RSM needs to find potential new customers, make sales presentations, and ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
